We use USPS to ship our packages, but reserve the right to use another carrier at anytime.
We will make resonable efforts to inform you by email of all shipping status.
Return of Products:
Please call our customer service line to request an RMA number. You must have an RMA number prior to return or it will be denied.
You have 30 days from the date of shipment to return the product in the same condition and packaging as originally sent.
Customer pays all shipping charges unless prior arrangments are made. If you do not reside in the United States, extra shipping fees must be paid in full before product is shipped out.
